Job summary

Asplundh is seeking a Regional Finance Manager for Planning & Forecasting to lead regional financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics. You will partner with regional operations and segment leaders to translate drivers into actionable financial plans and drive improvements across planning, reporting, and decision support.

The role requires 5–8+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, with strong modeling, ERP, Excel, and BI tools proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required or equivalent experience.
5–8+ years of FP&A, operations finance, accounting, or controllership experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methods.
Ability to influence stakeholders and partner with cross‑functional teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; proficient in ERP, Excel, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial projections for the region.
Collaborate with regional leadership to translate operational drivers into forecasts and business plans.
Oversee month-end close activities, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and policy compliance.
Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Serve as the primary financial liaison between regional operations and segment leadership.
Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling, investment analysis, and resource allocation.
Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational processes.
