Performance Foodservice, a PFG broadline distributor, seeks an Area Manager to drive sales in a defined Tennessee territory, focusing on independent restaurants and healthcare facilities. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales/Marketing, or related area (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manages a geographical sales territory achieving budgeted sales and profit objectives.
• Regularly calls on existing and potential customers.
• Develops and executes business plans.
• Effectively manages time and resources to attain results.
• Builds business through support of company branded product.
• Manages pricing and monitors credit term compliance.
