Archway-Management is seeking a Regional Food Service Director to oversee multiple facilities in the North Indiana region. You will lead Food Service Directors, develop and monitor budgets, and ensure adherence to policies, safety, and client expectations.

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years' experience coordinating food service operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
Ability to travel frequently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Oversee all assigned facilities' operations, finances, human resources and client relationships, with direct supervision of Food Service Directors.
Lead and guide Food Service Directors to ensure policy, quality, and cost targets are met.
Plan and manage unit budgets; review financial results weekly and monthly to improve performance.
Develop weekly financial plans including sales, menu, production, purchasing, inventory and labor productivity.
Educate Food Service Directors on P&L processes and review month-end results.
Assist in new business bids, rebids, and development of new programs; renegotiate terms as needed.
Ensure compliance with accounting practices, safety, HR policies and company procedures.
Conduct training and development needs assessments for Food Service Directors and staff.
