Job summary

Archway Management is seeking a Regional Food Service Director to oversee multiple facilities, providing leadership in operations, finances, HR, and client relations. You will supervise Food Service Directors and ensure policy adherence, quality of service, and cost control.

You will collaborate with dietitians to meet regulatory requirements, manage budgets, and develop business with clients while driving performance and staff development across units.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience coordinating food service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
• Strong initiative.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
• Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned facilities, providing leadership and guidance in operations, finances, HR and client relationships.
• Supervise Food Service Directors and ensure adherence to policies and service quality at lowest possible cost.
• Collaborate with dietitians to meet federal and state requirements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, sales plans, inventory and labor productivity for each unit.
• Review financial results and adjust to improve performance; educate directors on P&L processes.
• Assist in new business bids, rebids, contracts, and program development.
• Conduct audits of facilities for production, sanitation, purchasing, payroll, HR compliance and records.
• Ensure HR and safety practices are followed; provide training needs assessments for staff.
