Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience coordinating food service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
• Strong initiative.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facilities, providing leadership in operations, finances, HR and client relationships while supervising Food Service Directors.
• Work with corporate and on-site dietitians to meet federal and state requirements.
• Develop and monitor unit budgets and financial objectives; review results and adjust operations.
• Assist with new bids, rebids, and development of new programs; renegotiate terms when necessary.
• Conduct audits of facilities focusing on production, sanitation, purchasing, payroll, and HR compliance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed daily and train directors on cost production and service excellence.
