Job summary

Archway Management is seeking a Regional Food Service Director to oversee all assigned facilities, providing leadership across operations, finances, HR and client relationships, while mentoring Food Service Directors.

You will partner with dietitians, drive budgets, QA processes, and develop programs with clients, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance across multiple sites. The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to translate strategic goals into measurable results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience coordinating food service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.
• Strong initiative.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned facilities, ensuring leadership and guidance in operations, finances and client relationships.
• Supervise facility Food Service Directors and ensure accountability.
• Develop budgets, monitor financial results, and drive cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate with dietitians to meet federal and state requirements.
• Maintain internal QA and client satisfaction processes.
