Job summary

801 Restaurant Group is seeking a Regional Service Director to oversee front-of-house operations for multiple concepts in the greater Kansas City area. You will lead guest-centric service, ensure SOPs, manage staffing, training, and audits, and partner with Ops leadership to optimize profitability.

Travel is required and the compensation package includes salary commensurate with experience plus quarterly and annual bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in restaurant management, preferably 8+ years in full-service, high-end venues.
• Experience managing operations for multiple restaurants is preferred.
• Proficiency with R365 and related inventory/finances systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH operations for all restaurants in the region, including cleanliness, standards, and staffing.
• Supervise managers and staff, ensure SOPs and service standards are followed.
• Manage Pour Program, inventory, pricing updates, and data in Restaurant 365.
