801 Restaurant Group is seeking a Regional Service Director to lead front-of-house operations across multiple restaurants and concepts in the greater Kansas City and St. Louis area.

You will supervise managers, manage wine and cocktail programs, and ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards while driving guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience in full-service, high-end establishments.
• Experience managing multiple restaurants is preferred.
• Proficiency with R365 accounting/financial system including opening/closing paperwork and inventory.
• Knowledge of OpenTable, Toast, and TripleSeat is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee FOH operations for restaurants within the assigned region, including cleanliness, service standards, and staffing.
• Guide and supervise restaurant managers and staff, ensuring SOPs and service standards are followed.
• Oversee Pour Program, inventory levels, and wine lists; ensure cocktail programs suit each concept.
• Manage POS/Back Office updates and data accuracy in Restaurant 365.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, and attend pre-shift meetings and executive conferences.
• Recruit General Managers/Assistant General Managers for regional restaurants and assist other regions as needed.
• Conduct quarterly audits and oversee maintenance of furnishings and equipment.
• Support restaurant openings and other projects as directed by senior leadership.
