801 Restaurant Group is hiring a Regional Service Director to oversee front of house operations across multiple restaurants in the region. You will guide managers, supervise staff, and ensure service standards, training, and scheduling align with company goals.

The role requires extensive restaurant management experience in high-end dining, strong beverage knowledge, and the ability to travel between locations as needed. Competitive salary with quarterly and annual bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years, preferably 8+ years of restaurant management in full-service, high-end dining.
• At least 2 years managing operations for multiple restaurants is preferred.
• Proficient in R365 accounting, inventory, and financial workflows.
• Knowledge of OpenTable, TOAST, TripleSeat required.
• Advanced knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; Level 1 wine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage FOH operations across each restaurant in the region, ensuring service standards and staff performance.
• Guide and supervise restaurant managers and staff; enforce SOPs and training.
• Oversee Pour Program and inventory for each concept; ensure data accuracy in systems.
