Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more.
• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in retail store management.
• Sports, apparel, or merchandising retail experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing District Manager team.
• Own regional talent strategy, succession planning, and bench strength.
• Coach District Managers on leadership effectiveness and talent development.
• Set regional operating standards and ensure scalable execution.
• Own regional P&L performance and financial results.
