Job summary

Eurest, a leader in corporate dining and part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple districts, drive service quality, and manage budgets across a growing portfolio in Texas and Oklahoma.

You will oversee District Managers, shape growth strategies, and implement initiatives that improve guest experiences, profitability, and brand standards, with up to 90% travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience in high-volume hospitality, corporate services, or retail environments.
• Experience supporting new business openings, operational transitions, or multi-site growth initiatives is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, consistency, and process improvements across multiple districts while maintaining adherence to brand standards.
• Demonstrated capability in executive leadership, talent acquisition, succession planning, and mentoring district leadership teams to build strong operational capability.
• Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing multi-site P&L budgets, revenue strategy, cost controls, and performance metrics analysis.
• Exceptional client relationship management, strategic communication, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Unit Operational Leadership: Provide direct oversight and strategic direction to District Managers and General Managers, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and compliance across all locations.
• Talent Management & Leadership Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate DMs; build a strong leadership pipeline and drive succession planning and team engagement across the region.
• Financial Performance & Business Strategy: Oversee regional financial results, P&L performance, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies, analyzing metrics to maximize profit and efficiency.
• Quality Control & Brand Standards: Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and service quality.
• Customer Satisfaction & Client Relations: Partner with DMs and support partners to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve escalated operational issues, and foster strong client relationships.
• Strategic Growth & Initiative Execution: Lead regional rollouts of corporate initiatives, technology implementations, and operational enhancements to support business expansion.
