Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities within a designated market. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping tasks across sites, travel between properties as needed, and respond to resident requests.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and strong customer service. Scheduling may include evenings and weekends; OSHA safety rules apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills expected
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in some communities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior maintenance across multiple properties
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff
• Maintain equipment and facilities and report malfunctions
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA compliance
• Assist with painting, landscaping, and other maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with vendors for services like landscaping or asphalt
• Maintain resident privacy and secure access to apartments
• Attend training and development sessions
• Punctual and reliable attendance
