Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Successful completion of teller essentials training program after hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification and signatures; record and process transactions according to regulations and controls at any assigned branch.
• Examine cash, checks and documents to verify authenticity and detect potential fraud; escalate as needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and research discrepancies, reporting outages to supervisor.
