Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Successful completion of teller essentials training program after hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer identification, signatures, and necessary information; record and process transactions according to regulations at the assigned branch location.
• Examine cash, checks, and documents to verify authenticity and identify potential fraud; follow escalation procedures when needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and research discrepancies; report outages to the supervisor.
