Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for part-time night shifts across St. Louis facilities. The role supports adult/geriatric patients with bedside care, rotating among Mercy hospitals in the region.

The RN will float between Mercy St. Louis and surrounding communities, join a dynamic team, and participate in ongoing learning while delivering high-quality patient care. Two years of bedside experience and BLS/NRP are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in the hiring state (or compact licensure) and active status
• BSN preferred; ASN acceptable with experience
• BLS and NRP certifications required to start

Responsibilities

• Float across Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region to provide bedside care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care per standards
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and adapt to multiple hospital settings
