Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to float between designated Community Mercy Hospital facilities in the St. Louis region. The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards for adult/geriatric patients.

This full-time night-shift role offers a sign-on bonus, regional perk pay, and multiple education and retirement benefits designed to support growth and stability within Mercy's regional network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Must maintain a current LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU; Epic experience preferred.
• IV certification required; BLS for Med Surg; ACLS/PALS for ED/CC/ICU as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across multiple units as assigned (Med Surg, ED, ICU, etc.).
