Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Regional Float Pool, floating across Mercy St. Louis and nearby facilities. This part-time (24 hours/week) night-shift role offers sign-on bonuses, per-diem differentials, and opportunities to grow through continued education and a strong benefits package.

The RN must have an accredited nursing degree, MO or compact licensure, and BLS/NRP certifications. Two years bedside L&B RN experience is preferred, with Epic experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• MO or compact licensure is required for nursing duties and state requirements must be met.
• BSN is preferred but not required.
• BLS and NRP certifications are required to start.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adults/geriatric patients.
• Float between Mercy St Louis facilities as Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and maintain high standards of nursing practice.
