Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Regional Float Pool across Lincoln (Troy) and surrounding communities in Missouri. The role involves night shifts delivering evidence-based nursing care to adult and geriatric patients across Med/Surg, Tele, Stepdown, and ICU units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact.
• One year of bedside RN experience in Med-Surg; two years for ICU/other.
• BLS; CC requires BLS/ACLS.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized adult/geriatric nursing care across hospital units.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Float across Mercy Lincoln (Troy) and surrounding facilities.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure continuity of care.
