Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Regional Float Pool. This position involves providing individualized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of RN experience, preferably including Epic experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license within the hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year of recent bed-side RN experience for Med Surg.
• Minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience for specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float to various units, including ICU and Med/Surg.
• Report to various Mercy facilities as needed.
