Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide bedside care across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for ICU, etc.
• Epic experience preferred for some specialties.
• BLS (required for Med Surg/Behavioral Health); BLS + ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across Med/Surg, Telemetry, SD, ICU and other units across Mercy facilities.
• Work night shifts and report to the regional Float Pool leadership.
