Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Regional Float Pool in the St. Louis region. This part-time role (24 hours weekly) carries night shifts and a sign-on bonus. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple Mercy facilities.

Eligible RNs will have current RN licensure, BSN preferred, BLS/ACLS as required, and 1–2 years bedside experience depending on unit. Competitive benefits begin day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN license in applicable state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS/ACLS certifications as required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care across multiple hospital units.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams during float assignments.
