Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Regional Float Pool across the St. Louis region. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in hiring state or compact.
• One year bedside RN experience in Med Surg; two years for ICU/specialty.
• BLS required for Med Surg; BLS & ACLS for Critical Care.
• Stand/walk most of the time; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult/geriatric patients per nursing standards.
• Collaborate with care teams across units for float pool assignments.
• Maintain documentation and participate in continuous learning.
