Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool, providing bedside care across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, reporting to facilities within Mercy's regional footprint.

The role requires current RN licensure (compact if applicable) and 1 year Med/Surg experience (2 years for ICU/other areas). BSN preferred; Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
Minimum 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2 years for ICU/other specialties.
BLS certification (NRP for Women’s Health where applicable).

Responsibilities

Provide bedside nursing care to adult/geriatric patients.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care per standards.
Float to multiple Mercy facilities within the regional footprint.
Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
