Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Regional Float Pool across the St. Louis region. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care for adult/geriatric patients, floating to multiple units as needed.

The role requires 1 year bedside RN experience for Med/Surg and 2 years for ICU/other specialties; BSN preferred; and must hold active RN license in Missouri or compact jurisdiction. Mercy offers sign-on, shift differentials, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience to work Med Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• Certifications: BLS for Med Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float to multiple units across Mercy facilities within the regional footprint.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
