Job summary

Mercy Lincoln (Troy) and surrounding communities are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Regional Float Pool. The role supports multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region, with night shifts and a sign-on bonus.

Nurses will provide comprehensive adult/geriatric care and adapt to varying units, including Med/Surg, Tele, Stepdown and ICU. Incentives include a $10,000 sign-on, shift differentials, education assistance, a stay premium program, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.
• Certifications: BLS for Med/Surg & Behavioral Health; BLS+ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Report to facilities within Mercy's regional footprint; work across multiple hospitals.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safety, quality and patient-centered care.
