Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN licensure in the hiring state.
• Minimum 1 year of bedside LPN experience for Med/Surg; 2+ years for ED/ICU roles.
• BLS required for Med/Surg; ACLS/BLS depending on unit.
• IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Provide continuous patient care across assigned units.
• Adhere to Mercy standards and documentation practices.
