Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to provide bedside nursing across Mercy facilities in the East Region. This full-time night-shift role involves nursing assessments, planning and implementing care for adult/geriatric patients while floating between hospitals in the St.

Louis region. Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with an LPN license in good standing, and have 1 year of bedside Med Surg experience (2 years for ED/ICU).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• At least 1 year bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; 2 years for ED/ICU/etc.
• IV certification required; BLS for Med Surg; ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float between multiple Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Provide high-quality patient care during night shifts.
