Mercy is seeking a Licensed Practice Nurse for its Regional Float Pool in the East Region. This full-time position includes night shifts and requires floating to multiple Mercy facilities in the St. Louis region.
The LPN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per standards for adult/geriatric patients. Qualifications include an accredited LPN program graduate, active LPN license, 1 year bedside Med Surg experience (2+ for other specialties), IV certification, and BLS (ACLS/PALS
Qualifikationen
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license in the hiring state and must meet State Board requirements.
- One year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for other specialties; Epic experience preferred.
- IV certification required.
- BLS for Med Surg; ACLS & PALS for Critical Care/ED.
Aufgaben
- Float between Mercy’s Regional facilities in the St. Louis region.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
- Coordinate with diverse teams across units.
- Provide care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED and more.
