Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN for the East Region to provide bedside nursing across multiple facilities in the St. Louis area. The role supports adults and geriatric patients, requiring flexible shift work and strong clinical assessment.

Eligibility includes graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with LPN licensure and at least 1 year bedside experience for Med Surg, or 2 years for ED/ICU, with BLS and IV certification as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• One year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for other specialties (ED/ICU).
• Epic experience preferred and beneficial for charting and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region to provide nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Maintain current LPN license and comply with state nursing requirements.
