You will be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility and ongoing learning. Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program and an active LPN license in the hiring state, with 1 year of bedside Med Surg experience (2 years for ED/ICU).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float between Mercy facilities within the East Region.
• Provide night shift coverage and ensure patient safety and comfort.
