Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN for the East Region to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care across Mercy facilities in the St. Louis area.

The role requires an LPN license, 1 year of bedside Med Surg experience (2 years for other specialties), IV certification, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable. Epic experience is a plus and the position offers sign-on incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• LPN license in the hiring state and current.
• 1 year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; 2 years for other specialties.
• Epic experience preferred.
• IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float between designated Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Provide care across units including Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Telemetry and ICU as needed.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
