Adapt quickly to different facility teams, workflows, and resident care needs.
Maintain professional communication and a resident-centered approach at every location.
Current, active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar clinical setting preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different facility teams.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned facilities.
Flexibility to work at different locations and adjust to changing staffing needs.
Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, high-quality resident care.
Variety in your work: Support multiple facilities and gain experience with different teams and resident populations.
Flexible opportunities: Full-time and part-time arrangements may be available.
Competitive compensation: Pay based on licensure, experience, and position requirements.
Meaningful impact: Help facilities maintain quality care and support residents when nursing coverage is needed most.
Regional opportunities: Work across a network of skilled nursing facilities without the need to pursue traditional, out-of-state travel nursing contracts.
Supportive leadership: Work with facility and regional leadership teams to coordinate assignments and provide continuity of care.
We are looking for nurses who are dependable, adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable stepping into different environments. The ideal candidate enjoys helping where they are needed most, works well with new teams, and takes pride in delivering excellent resident care.
