Job summary

Legacy Healthcare in Central Illinois is seeking Regional Float Nurses (RN or LPN) to cover multiple skilled nursing facilities across the region. This role requires travel between sites and flexible scheduling to meet facility needs.

You will provide direct nursing care per care plans, complete assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with facility teams while adhering to infection prevention and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to travel between facilities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Travel between Central Illinois facilities to provide coverage.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and document care.
• Monitor residents and report changes to supervision.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and administrators.
• Maintain infection prevention and safety protocols.
