Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
- Current Registered Nurse license for the State of Illinois is mandatory.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (CPR) is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong analytic abilities are essential.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Direct care and optimize the utilization of assistants in patient care.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and medical teams to implement care plans.
- Participate in shared governance and unit projects.
- Evaluate and document patient responses to nursing interventions.
