Job summary

Crest Healthcare Group is seeking Float Pool Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to support our skilled nursing facilities across Southern and Central Illinois. The role offers flexible shifts, variety, and the opportunity to work with multiple care teams while earning competitive pay.

Nurses will float between Crest facilities as needed to cover staffing gaps. Pay ranges from $55–$65 per hour with flexible scheduling and the chance to gain experience in multiple facilities, supported by experienced clinical

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license is required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between Crest facilities as staffing needs arise.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Crest Healthcare Group is looking for Float Pool Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to support our skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern and Central Illinois.

This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy variety, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with multiple care teams while earning industry-leading pay.

Pay: $55–$65 per hour
