Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Regional Float Director of Maintenance to oversee Maintenance Directors, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across facilities. You will guide teams, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate budgets and vendors to uphold high standards of resident care.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance (state and federal), and continuous quality improvement within Monarch's Minnesota network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of general maintenance systems (HVAC, boilers, electrical)
• Boiler license required; MN Class C Engineer license preferred
• Healthcare or long-term care facility experience desirable
• Must pass background check per Minnesota DHS guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to facility Maintenance Directors, ensuring safe, efficient operations
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, document repairs, and manage inventory/budgets for supplies
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement to maintain high standards and resident satisfaction
