Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to join our Float Pool, providing care across Minnesota communities with flexible shifts and travel. You will support tenants with daily living activities under licensed supervision and contribute to an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience and the ability to accept feedback, adapt, and grow professionally.
• Personable, compassionate, and able to build trust with tenants, families, and coworkers.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
• Passion for providing high-quality, tenant-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Assist tenants with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support tenant mobility, safety, comfort, and independence.
• Provide basic nursing and restorative care per service plans.
• Observe and report changes to the nursing team.
• Support tenants with cognitive needs and address social/emotional needs.
• Build positive relationships with tenants, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Support individualized care plans and tenant preferences.
• Assist with medication administration after training, as applicable.
• Deliver care in accordance with MDH standards and Tenant Bill of Rights.
