Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Regional Director of Maintenance to lead facility maintenance operations across our network. You will guide Maintenance Directors, ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality in building systems and outdoor areas.

The role requires deep knowledge of HVAC, boilers, electrical and refrigeration, with a Boiler license required. You will mentor leaders, manage preventive maintenance, budgets, vendor relations, audits, and continuous

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, electrical, and refrigeration.
• Boiler license required; MN Class C Engineer license preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance or power plant experience; healthcare facility background preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication across departments.
• Pass background check per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient building operations and compliance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Manage inventory and budgeting for supplies.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
