Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants for its Float Pool. You will work across Monarch communities in Minnesota, picking up shifts based on facility needs and availability. The role supports daily living activities, mobility, and resident comfort under licensed supervision.

Ideal candidates are dependable, communicative, and able to adapt to different care settings. Both full-time and on-call opportunities are available with benefits eligibility and travel

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to multiple Monarch communities across Minnesota.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Compassionate, dependable, and capable of building trust with tenants and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support mobility, safety, comfort, and independence.
• Provide basic nursing and restorative care per service plans.
• Observe, report changes to the nursing team.
• Support tenants with cognitive needs and psychosocial wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Assist with medication administration after training.
• Deliver care per MDH standards and Tenant Rights.
