Job summary

Mercy seeks a Regional Float Pool LPN to float among designated Community Mercy Hospital facilities in the East Region. The role is full-time with night shifts, offering a sign-on bonus and competitive base pay determined by experience.

The LPN will deliver patient-centered nursing care across multiple units, requiring bedside expertise, flexibility, and effective communication with diverse teams. Eligible for educational assistance and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU.
• IV certification required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Float between Mercy facilities in the East Region.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care for adult/geriatric patients during night shifts.
• Support Mercy’s Regional Float Pool with flexibility and collaboration.
