Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Regional Float Pool LPN to provide bedside nursing across multiple facilities in the St. Louis region. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care while floating to diverse units.

The role offers a full-time night shift with opportunities for growth and ongoing education support. Eligible candidates have an accredited practical nursing program degree, an active LPN license, and a minimum of one year of bedside LPN experience (two years for

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state and must meet State Board requirements.
• One year of bed-side LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU/other specialties.
• IV certification required; Epic experience preferred for some units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float between multiple Mercy facilities within the region.
• Support diverse units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and ED as needed.
