Job summary

Cash Depot is seeking a Regional Float Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across multiple territories. The role involves extensive travel, independent work, and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

You will participate in training programs, receive a company vehicle, and benefit from shift premiums and a profit-sharing plan. A valid driver’s license and DOT eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to travel to multiple territories for up to two consecutive weeks.
• Availability for evening, overnight, and weekend hours as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and related products.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and diagnostics.
• Travel to territories to provide staffing coverage and project support.
• Maintain inventory and complete service documentation accurately and on time.
• Support customer needs while ensuring safety and security procedures.
