Job summary

Cash Depot, Ltd. in the United States is seeking a Regional Float Field Service Technician to install, service, and support ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across multiple territories.

This full-time role offers a guaranteed 40-hour week, travel across the region, shift premiums after 5pm and profit-sharing bonus, plus company vehicle and paid training.

You will troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and provide excellent customer service while working independently and coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Certificate.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to travel across territories up to two consecutive weeks.
• Availability for evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 150 lbs with assist.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs and Air/Vac equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and electro-mechanical issues.
• Travel to territories to provide staffing and project support.
• Maintain inventory and complete service documentation.
• Meet performance metrics for efficiency and first-time fix rates.
