Air Charter Service Inc. is a leading charter provider seeking a senior leader to oversee the Flight Representative network in the U.S. and Canada.

The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management across a dispersed team. You will build strong partnerships with ACS Private Jets and Jet Card Managers, travel to major locations, and act as the escalation point during flights to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and develop the Flight Representative network across the U.S. and Canada, setting clear expectations and addressing performance issues.
• Recruit, onboard and retain high-quality Flight Representatives to grow network coverage.
• Design and deliver structured training and onboarding programs with clear service standards.
• Lead with aviation and business experience, coaching a geographically dispersed team.
• Build relationships across ACS Private Jets and with Jet Card Managers for reliable client service.
• Act as senior escalation point during live operations and provide hands-on support.
• Develop and maintain FBO relationships across North America and travel as needed.
• Oversee scheduling and utilization of the Flight Representative network.
• Use data to drive process improvements and grow the department.
• Be organized, adaptable and able to travel with on-call flexibility.
