Air Charter Service is seeking a Regional Flight Representative Manager & Recruiter to lead and grow our North American Flight Representative network from the U.S. and Canada.

You will recruit, onboard, train and supervise a dispersed team, ensuring consistent service standards and strong partner relations. You will design onboarding, lead performance coaching, and travel to expand coverage while maintaining high client satisfaction and operational excellence across ACS private jets and Jet Card

Qualificações

• Previous leadership experience and managing a team.
• Previous experience in recruitment and hiring.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to be on-call.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and develop the Flight Representative network across the U.S. and Canada.
• Recruit, onboard and retain Flight Representatives to grow coverage.
• Design and deliver structured training and development programs.
• Coach, support and escalate issues for the network during operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with ACS Private Jets and Jet Card Managers.
• Travel as needed to strengthen partnerships and network growth.
