Job summary

Air Charter Service seeks a senior leader to direct and develop the Flight Representative network across the United States and Canada. You will recruit, onboard and mentor a high-quality team, travel to key locations, and build trusted relationships with Jet Card Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will act as the senior escalation point during live operations, supporting the team with calm decision-making and hands-on guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and proven ability to manage a geographically dispersed team.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding of staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; aviation background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Flight Representative network across the U.S. and Canada.
• Recruit, onboard and retain top Flight Representatives to grow coverage.
• Design training and onboarding programs to ensure consistent service standards.
• Coach and develop a distributed team with strong leadership.
• Build relationships with ACS Private Jets and Jet Card Managers for reliable service.
• Serve as senior escalation point during live operations and provide hands-on support.
• Develop FBO relationships across North America with travel as needed.
• Oversee scheduling and communication for the Flight Rep Coordinator.
• Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and growth.

Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Lead, manage and develop the Flight Representative network across the U.S. and Canada, setting clear expectations, recognizing strong performance and proactively addressing performance issues.
• Recruit, onboard and retain high-quality Flight Representatives, strategically growing the network and improving coverage across key private aviation locations.
• Design and deliver structured training and development, including onboarding programs, checklists, operational guidance and clear service standards to ensure consistency across the network.
• Bring strong aviation and business experience, with previous leadership experience and the confidence to manage, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team.
• Build trusted relationships across ACS Private Jets and with Jet Card Managers, working collaboratively to deliver reliable communication and an exceptional experience for clients.
• Act as the senior escalation point for Flight Representatives during live operations, remaining calm under pressure, making confident decisions and providing hands‑on support before, during and after flights.
• Develop and maintain strong FBO relationships across North America, travelling regularly to strengthen existing partnerships and identify opportunities to support network growth. The role will remain primarily office-based, with travel undertaken as required.
• Manage and develop the Flight Rep Coordinator, ensuring effective scheduling, communication, organization and utilization of the Flight Representative network.
• Use reporting, coverage data and operational feedback to drive continuous improvement, identifying gaps, improving processes and supporting strategic growth of the department.
• Be a highly organized, adaptable and emotionally intelligent leader with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, strong attention to detail and the flexibility to travel and provide on‑call support when operationally required.
