Job summary

OhioHealth seeks Regional Flex Nurses to provide general nursing care across multiple OhioHealth sites, including Grady, Marion, Mansfield, Shelby, and Morrow. The role involves rotating units and care settings with a 36-hour night schedule and float pay.

You will support patients and families along the health-illness continuum while collaborating with the health care team. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Nursing and an active RN license with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and document care needs.
• Plan and coordinate nursing interventions with the care team.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care; adjust plans as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operate within the safety, quality and efficiency expectations of a High Reliability Organization.
