Job summary
OhioHealth Labor and Delivery Flex nurses provide inpatient clinical support across multiple OhioHealth care sites including Riverside, Grant, Doctors, Dublin, Pickerington, Berger, Marion and Mansfield. These full-time Flex roles offer night shifts, 36 hours per week, with float assignments across units.
Two years of labor and delivery experience and EFM certification are preferred. Float pay and mileage reimbursement are provided to Flex associates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- RN license from Ohio
- BSN required
- BLS certifications
- 1 year nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%).
- Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
- Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and revises plan of care as needed.
- Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve quality, satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Operations - Emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency in nursing duties.
