Job summary

Walmart’s Transportation Regional Training Center in Seymour, IN seeks a Fleet Development Site Lead to drive site-level execution of Fleet Development strategy, onboarding, driver readiness, and compliance-based training at the training center.

You will partner with Operations, Fleet Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance to deliver consistent training experiences, develop facilitators, and manage schedules, records, and reporting to improve driver readiness and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Transportation, Logistics, Education, Training, Safety, Supply Chain, or related field.
6 years of experience in training, operations, transportation, logistics, or related area.
4 years of experience leading, supervising, training, or mentoring associates.

Responsibilities

Lead site-level execution of Fleet Development training programs, including onboarding, driver readiness, skills development, facilitator readiness, and ongoing training.
Partner with Operations, Fleet Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance to align training execution with site and business needs.
Deliver training that reinforces safety, compliance, operational standards, and Walmart’s expectations for professional drivers.
Manage class schedules, training materials, facilitator readiness, participant support, records, reporting, and confidential associate files.
Develop, coach, and mentor Fleet Development facilitators through observation, feedback, facilitation audits, teach-backs, and development planning.
