Job summary

Qualifications

• Current holder of an interstate Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement or will obtain within 120 days of hire.
• 3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position within the last 7 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the last 10 years.
• No preventable accidents within the last 3 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and feedback to Driver Trainees and Fleet Development leadership.
• Conduct facilitation audits and training tours in Regional Training Centers.
• Deliver training using multiple modalities (in-class, virtual) and support regional processes.
• Ensure compliance with One Best Way and Walmart policies in training activities.
